The Best Life Insurance Quotes

The Best Life Insurance Quotes

As an independent life insurance broker, one of the most common questions I get is “can I get a quote?” Please understand I do want to help you with that request, but it is impossible. It is like calling a realtor and asking what a house cost? Which house, in which city? We really need more information. Just to run life insurance quotes, I need to know your age, build, health status, health history, life style, income, net worth, face amount and length of term or type of plan, just to run life insurance quotes that are accurate. But my favorite life insurance quotes are not numbers, but a real quote. Enjoy!

The Best Life Insurance Quotes are these:

  • There are worse things in life than death. Have you ever spent an evening with an insurance salesman?”Woody Allen

  • I don’t want to tell you how much insurance I carry with the Prudential, but all I can say is: when I go, they go too.”—Jack Benny

  • I actually lost 90 pounds over the course of 15 months in order to save money on life insurance.:—Derek Kilmer

  • “If there is anyone dependent on your income – parents, children, relatives – you need life insurance.”—Suze Orman

  • Fun is like life insurance; the older you get, the more it costs.”—Kin Hubbard

  • “I’m a big crier in general. The right life insurance commercial will take me out for a couple of days.”—Ike Barinholtz

  • “Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive”.–Elbert Hubbard

  • “ Insurance, because you can’t run sausage backwards through the meat grinder and get the pig back”—Tim Wilhoit

  • “The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”—Mark Twain

  • Dream as if you’ll live forever. Live as if you’ll die today”.—James Dean

Remember the best life insurance quotes are the ones that make you smile…

  • tim -back in the mid 90s i had a desk calendar where you’d tear off each day – it had a quote per day regarding life insurance, it was really cool. i’d subconsiously store these quotes and theyd come out at the perfect times in client meetings (without sounding cheesy) i dont do a lot of life anymore, but this has prompted me to search for the 2016 version of that calendar.

    • Colin, I had the same calendar until the early 2000s. I have not seen one in years. Let me know if you find a 2016 version.

  • Thanks Tim!

  • Famous Quote on Life Insurance – Graveyards are full of people that were “going” to buy life insurance. – Scott Cleveland, CLU.

    • Scott, I love this quote! I wish I would have known it when I wrote this article. Very true and very effective. Thank you for sharing it.

  • A few of my favorite quotes:
Life insurance is like money – It’s better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Who do you like better – your family or the taxman? Without proper planning, the one you like the least is sure to benefit the most.

The reason most people face the future with apprehension is because they don’t have it well designed.

Great topic! I’m sure there are many more quotes that people are using. Would love for others to share the ones they like.

  • Brad, these are awesome, thank you for sharing them. I agree I would love to see more quotes as well.

  • There are three times when people typically think about life insurance: after taking care of a loved one’s funeral, after going to the doctor and getting some bad news and finding out they can’t get it, and when they sit down with an agent before either of those other options happen.

  • Bryant, no truer words have been spoken about life insurance. Thank you for sharing.
